How can language not only shape the build environment but reinforce the distinct agendas of those who labor over its development?
Today, designers often argue for a position of authority over projects. However, with less restrictive gender constructs, both male and female designers can increasingly take on a voice of activism in accordance to personal or client agendas, employing the built environment to expand who has physical, social, and financial access to contemporary landscapes.
